Cortical explosion aka fury Comments: Cortical damage of cause it is good, use this seven souls gold only for casting asura since you cannot recover your SP from it unless you have the soul inker bluff on you.

Note: Other than the sprit skill that recovers SP in this stat, the soul inker bluff also does the same thing to you.

Psycic wave aka occult impaction Comments: At monk stage this skills is decently very trouble some as you have to summon spheres, but at champ stage it is far more easy, recommended level 5 since you can depend on this skill to level.

Delima aka root Comments: It can be good when stopping enemies half way, recommended level 5 of you have enough skill points.

Spiritual Cadence Note: When over 50% Weight, the values are cut in half

Comments: If you want to get certain skills you can have this, but only at the amount of level required to unlock the skill, I don't recommend this skill.

Manipulate sprit sphere (MSS) aka throw spirit sphere Comments: Only max it at level 3 since you needs to unlock certain skills with it.

Asura strike aka guillotine fist Comments: This is the ultimate skills of all champs, however casting it manual will have a slow cast time although damage is higher.
