Training: There are many places to train at. My only advice for you is that when you are training, stock up seven souls gold on high healing foods and bring a few potions to increase your stats.

Go to a place where the monsters are plentiful. Bring the best equipments, including wearing an amulet, boot, glove, and cape. Also activate any stat boosting prayer skill if necessary.

Being rich will also decrease the time it takes for you to train. Training your attack level to level 40 is necessary so that you can wield rune weapons, but at the same time don’t neglect strength and defense.

Always stick to either using a scimitar, battle axe, or rune 2 handed when power training. Scimmies are preferred over 2-handeds by most players because scimmies have a much higher attack rate than 2-handeds, but on the other hand,

2-handeds are much stronger. Battle axes are also good because they’re stronger than scimmies and faster than 2-handeds but still have a somewhat low attacking rate.

If you’re rich then you should concentrate on training your strength rather than defense because your money will cover the expense for food.

With a higher strength level you will also cause more damage to your opponent resulting in getting exp faster.
